"Interaction with McCormick's office really ends when they've sold you on the policy. When I had a claim dispute, her office was of zero assistance. Having a "local" insurance agent, you'd think they'd be there for you, but Jillian provides only platitudes and no guidance whatsoever as to how to deal with the intentionally inscrutable bureaucracy ubiquitous within insurance companies. Also, fair warning, that "policy" they give you? It's so general that they can twist it however they want to their benefit. Plug it in to ChatGPT however, and you can beat them senseless with their own language."
